  • Analyse what constitutes healthy lumbo/pelvic/hip function. This section is provided in advance through a video tutorial.
  • Introduction to the Key Approach framework – Clinical subgroup classification and clinical syndromes based on  axial posturo-movement dysfunction.
  • Practical assessment – identify the link between common  lumbo/pelvic/hip movement impairments, joint and myo-fascial changes & pain disorders.
  • Explore the myths around ‘core stability’ and extending our understanding beyond ‘Pilates’ to therapeutic exercise based on healthy functional movement control.
  • Understand how to prescribe & help establish ‘Fundamental Patterns’ of physiological control as a basis for building more healthy kinematic patterns
